In order to guide and standardize the research and management of pharmaceutical changes in listed chemical drugs, our center has drafted the "Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Change Research of Listed Chemical Drugs" (draft for comments) based on the new version of the Drug Administration Law, referring to relevant guiding principles in China and advanced drug regulatory agencies abroad, combined with the current situation of research and development and production in China.
